Very enjoyable stay in Krabi

Location was superb it was my 5th visit to Beyond. Pool and reception service were both exceptional

There were a lot of young staff in the outside bar/restaurant but the service was extremely slow so we chose to use the bar next door. Also it was looking tired and in need of an update

Very nice property right on the beach. Good Beachside restaurant and bar. Staff all around are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are maintained well.. we were in a Double Deluxe room with sea view ! Wish we stayed longer. Definitely will be back again

The view of the sea.

Not one thing. Room was is poor condition, nothing worked (I.e. WiFi, hot water), staff was rude and condescending. So much frustration with this property. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere. Also, far from everything else. Better to stay around Ao Nang area.

Good stay overall.

Decent breakfast though it could have been more varied. Pleasant and friendly staff. Nice pool and nice looking beach, though the beach was much nicer 10 min walk away, with plenty of nice little restaurants to choose from by the beach. Nice and spacious gym with adequate equipment. The manager was nice and offered change of rooms without hesitation , the rooms with sea-view were very nice and worth the surcharge.

The 2 standard rooms that we checked had an infestation of tiny ants. We're upgraded to a cottage which was spacious but in need of maintenance. Especially the AC unit wichbwas extremely loud and disturbing when trying to sleep.

Stunning suites, Well located hotel, modern, comfortable, stunning views

Klong Muang beach is beautiful, quiet and a lovely place to spend some time. All rooms are sea facing. We had a deluxe that was stunning in size, comfort and facilities. Hotel is stylish, clean, spacious, comfortable. Breakfast buffet is large and offers diverse range of dishes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool is lovely and the beach is obviously a real highlight. A mention for Andalay beach bar next door too - food and drinks excellent and fire shows at the weekend. Make sure to visit Ao Nang night market - staff can arrange taxis.

Pool was nice! Bed was very comfortable.

Prices in bar too expensive. Hotel manager was very rude. We had cockroach in our room, we called reception but it took very long for somebody to come and clean it up. Rooms are very dark, no lights. Sunbeds in pool and beach area are very old, cheap stuff.

Great resort and spa, room was spacious and nicely positioned on the resort (villa with garden view) great for couples.

Air conditioning wasn’t powerful enough for the size of the room. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, neither were pillows

Out of the city place and a complete rip-off and get ready to be cheated.

The property is run on fraudulent principles - if you book in advance, they give you the worst rooms and try and fool people. We booked 'Superior Rooms with Garden View' and they put us with a junkyard view and a room full of ants. Pictures attached to back the review.

Will stay again!!

This is the 5th time we have stayed there and its still our favourite location. The pool and access to the beach is amazing and the breakfast is always good. Staff very friendly. Rooms a little dated now but we still love the villas.

The gym needs updated. I know not everyone uses on holiday but even the roll mats are the same ones from our first visit 9 years ago. Also, the one running machine doesn't work and very poor aircon for the gym.

They overcharged me for a taxi of another room. The price and quality of the food is absolutely not a ccettable comparing with what you can find just outside the hotel. Do not ask a taxi service to the airport cause they will sell you another service that costs 1000 baht instead the normal 600 baht. English is barely spoken by the staff.

Excellent stay, recommend the place definitely

The rooms, the very nice staff, the general commodities, the decoration, the breakfast buffet, the beach and the place more generally very quite, the check-in and check- out facilitation

people booking long chairs early in the morning and not seating during hours ......staff should act accordingly to avoid a situation where you can not enjoy the long chairs... The happy hour from 3 pm to 5 pm is really too early from my opinion The swimming pool a bit too hot (cooling system?)

We enjoyed Beyond Krabi

Staff, especially Nam, Sun, and Yob, are fantastic. Our room was very comfortable with a view of the sea. WiFi was strong throughout the whole property. Breakfast was very good.

The fitness room needs a major renovation. The equipment is old and outdated.

Had no WiFi in our room, staff did nothing about it. When we spoke to the manger she was rude and very patronising. Not the kind of service I would expect from this kind of establishment. Food and drink is very overpriced.

Great location on a fabulous beach. Superb rooms and service. We would visit again

Right on the beach . Fantastic views especially from our room we had a sea view bungalow . Our room was spacious, lots of continuous hot water, kept clean by daily maid service, beach towels were provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided. The beach was beautiful. We went for walks along the beach which had bars and other hotels you could stop for a drink , but it was not loud and over populated. Great infinity swimming pool. Lots of space to swim and to relax in the shallow areas.

Air conditioning was not the best. We felt it needed a service. Breakfast became boring after a few days. Mostly offering continental choice with eggs, fried, scrambled or omelette . It was buffet style and you could have as much as you wanted. We would have liked more choice with sausages, bacon , cooked tomatoes, mushrooms ect. Beach beds were an issue, the hotel had a policy about towels on sun beds but it was not adhered to.

Very nice experience except for some negatives

The resort is literally at the beach. A couple of steps after pool or the cafeteria your toes are on the sand. The beach is very serene and beautiful The pool is nice and big Out of the resort there are very nice and various restaurants to have good food The room is very big and cozy The bed very comfortable

We purchased a room with sea view. But our room was not an actual sea view. It was side sea view. Disappointing I dont know if it is the concept or about being sustainable, but there is not enough lighting in the rooms, the rooms are almost dark at night even you turn on all the lights The breakfast was a bit poor. Not enough options
